    Q:

Advertisement plays a major role on TV in developed market economies. Despite the benefits of such information, many people are critical of the role of TV advertising. Write an essay analyzing the positive and negative effects of TV advertisement.

    A:

Currently, TV advertisement has been occupied TV’s 20 to 30 percent of time and been the second major constituent of TV shows following the original programs. It may also additionally take the half or even the whole time of a channel and we called that channel direct distribute channel.

As we can see, profit which comes from TV advertisement is all-important to TV stations regular running. We can never expect that TV stations survive the none-advertisement program for they can only get a very little endowment from the appropriation of government. As long as we want to watch TV program, we need to face the reality of TV advertisement. More over, as we are staying in market economy, merchants and companies need the widest media, TV, to present their products and goods to the customers.  Advertisement of TV helps the economy’s growing by promoting the goods and money’s circulation and has merchants and companies earned their profits.

Nonetheless, if TV advertisement has taken a part that exceeds to limitation which we audience can’t take it, it will be a disaster for the public. Many audiences have encountered a situation that a continuous TV advertisement makes us feel so bothering or even nausea for the simple reason we watch TV for entertainments. TV program is a public service and it should never let the public feel bad or it won’t be an employable servant.

For these reasons, TV advertisement shall never more than a limitation that we can bear but need to save a certain percent for their daily running at the same time. It will be a huge success if the supervisors of the TV channel choose an appropriate percentage and that is what we are anticipating.
