Though in some extent we no more have real teachers standing in front of the platform in one of our study life, various “teachers” are playing the significant role in our study and they can never be replaced by anything.

Scholars discovered years ago that all of us, no matter old or young, fashion or outdated, love to fall in some brand new thing especially in study which always been considered as a dump boring thing.       As a matter of fact, health cost has become a very disburse point of government and citizens. Government need to distribute a great deal of budget for public medical services and infrastructure. Big major hospitals and community clinics are being set up by the appropriation bills which are allocated by the government. And the country has been spending too much on it if it provides free health services besides the noted services. As to this matter, citizens should take out private health insurance in some certain extent together with government’s farewell policies and that will make the health care costs look capable to the poor and helpless men.

      Despite the appropriation from the government, citizens, on the other hand, should take some responsible for their own better health care. Poor and helpless men’s basic farewell is the major point of the health care policy.       For such a long period of time, there have been arguments about whether university should or should not provide students with practical training while teaching theoretical knowledge. As to this matter I hold the opinion that it’s university’s function to provide students theoretical knowledge, but not necessarily duty to give them career training.

      The first thing we should acknowledge is that university is set up for higher theoretical education while technical schools are designed for those who want practical trainings. University is the significant place for public technology’s researches with the academicians’ learning to research. As an undergraduate student, I am sure that 4 years are totally not enough for a student who takes the whole of theoretical both with practical cultivating. The principles and professors must choose one of them to make sure that we student can have a successful achievement in either theoretical knowledge or practical experiences. Obviously, according to the university’s obligations, theoretical knowledge is the one that administrators choose.

      Moreover, it’s an urgent thing for us undergraduate and postgraduate students who are planning for the job to take practical training courses for we don’t have any close training before. It’s a big challenge to apply for a job without any working or practical experiences. So, we may have the training contained into our experiment courses and lessons so that we can learn some in the simulating experiments. And that will be easier for us to adapt for the rapidly developing society and eventually find a job.

      In summary, I am holding the point that university should do more in theoretical teaching while take considerable actions or planning to support some basic compatible practical training for who need it as well. University just need to offers what the society wants and cultivate more outstanding elements for the public.

      Generally speaking, everybody who comes to a brand new place must feel very lonely before they make new friends there. Unfortunately, not only this little issue but many others questions and problems will come after that.

      Besides the lonely feeling that freshmen face, there are a plenty of difficulties to resolve and settle. I think the first one is that financial problem. Because of many young people have never managed budgets themselves in their early years of lives, they need to carry on themselves as adults. Certain money will be given to the teenagers and they need to defend themselves from the temptations of spending the accommodations fees in whatever they want, just as beautiful clothing or delicious dishes. The second thing they need to pay attention to is how to get along with their roommates. It’s about their four-year or even six-year’s harmony in the living place. First impression is a very crucial work to take care of in the first day. But the very last thing they need to care about is that learning to know how to use the facilities of the colleges.
      Based on the mentioned difficulties, schools and colleges shall take many actions to solve them. First of all, psychologists should be sent to the freshmen and guide them out of the lonely and worrying predicament.
